Mini garden tour
Oppressive heat has been replaced by morning mist and a dewy morning. How I love these moments in summer. After almost 40C heat this past weekend, we were blessed with rain yesterday, saturating the thirsty grass and perking up the garden. My flip flops are wet after chores, grass is stuck to my feet and everything sparkles. Thank you, Heavenly Father.
A few turnips picked to thin. The greens tossed to the meat chickens. Darn the cabbage worms. I'll take a picture here, and there. Then hang laundry on the line. Here's a few pics to show where things are at Shalom Acres right now.
